Operation Backpack
For the past four years, Grace AG has provided the families of Schoharie County with free backpacks filled with school supplies. The need increases with each passing year. This brings, in part, some financial relief to already strapped families.
Saturday Outreach Spectacular (SOS)
Grace AG provides a day of fun and a meal, at no cost to the family. Each event features a different theme, i.e., Fun with the Sun, It’s a Bug’s Life, etc. Each event features games, crafts, music, special guests — all around a theme of the month.

Recovery Programs
Celebrate Recovery
This program is a faith-based recovery program founded and written by John Baker. It is a 12 Step Program with 8 Principles following the Beatitudes taught by Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount. This meeting is for any life addiction., i.e., food, drugs, alcohol, co-dependency, etc. In other words, anything that controls your life. This is an open ended meeting and begins at 6:30 pm every Friday evening.

Stepping out on Saturday Night
This program is the classic 12-Step program. Our volunteer staff personally know the horrors of the addiction of alcohol. This meeting is held in an loving and caring, and most importantly, a safe environment. This is an open ended meeting and begins at 6:30 pm every Saturday evening.
SALT Recovery Group
Grace AG is a part of the Schoharie Area Long Term Recovery Group which meets the unmet needs of those affected by disaster. Salt provides advocacy, healing, support, and recovery assistance to those affected by disaster through interfaith and interagency recourses.
